Private security company shut down by the State Public Security Secretary

A private security Company has been closed by the State Security Secretary, because it didn’t fulfill the legal requirements, was not correctly and legally registered and lacked the paperwork to operate, according to the Undersecretary of Public Safety in Baja California, Cristian Colosio Lue, who also said that according to Secretary Sosa Olachea, they are intensifying the inspection visits all over the five cities of Baja California, in order to review that all these companies operate within the legal frame.

The company name is JUVA6428 and it was located on Lopez Mateos Boulevard and it offered services of protection of places and businesses, Colosio Lule said that the company didn’t have the SSPE permit which is required to operate as private security, and the personnel and processes were not adequate to offer the service, so the State Public Security Secretary proceeded to temporarily close the company.

The company will be fined with an amount that goes from 70 to 200 thousand pesos, according to what the Law states and the invitation is for the business owner and reminded all those interested in starting their own companies, to register and follow all the procedures and legal requirements.
