Changes in Baja California public high school: There’s a new General Director

Amparo Aide Pelayo Torres quit as General Director of the “Bachelors School of Baja California” COBACH (public high school) and Javier Santillán will take the direction of COBACH and Baja California Education Secretary, Miguel Angel Mendoza, took the new General Director’s oath to make it official.

Santillán was the Coast COBACH coordinator since March 2016, and he is a Lawyer from the Baja California State University (UABC) from 1979 to 1982 and he specialized in Fiscal Law and he has a Master’s Degree in Education from the National Pedagogical University from 20012 to 2004.

He has a long career and wide experience in the Education field, which qualifies him to be the new COBACH General Director, since this school is one of the most important in its level all over Mexico, Pelayo just sent a message announcing her resignation and wished good luck to the new Director.
