Security in Mexico’s president election July 1st, serious concern for electoral authorities

Security and public safety for next July 1st presidential election, is of the utmost concern for President Councilman of the National Electoral Institute, Lorenzo Cordova, he said so as he addressed the mass media representatives in the facilities of Baja California Autonomous University (UABC in Spanish), before the second presidential debate, which went on with attacks and frivolous details among Meade, Anaya, AMLO and Bronco, the candidates.

The spot lights and voices of the debate seem to shroud this statement which appears to be left aside, but it lingers and his voice was heard there, when he and the event’s host, UABC Dean Dr Juan Manuel Ocegueda, talked to the media for a few minutes before a debate where moderators took a protagonist role of sorts that somehow stole the spotlight and the audience questions seemed to fade.
