“Baja California Sur has the infrastructure and tourist services necessary to meet the highest expectations of international travelers, hence the importance of promoting its benefits in global markets, in order to achieve its positioning and consolidation”, said the secretary of Tourism , Economy and Sustainability, (Setues) Luis Humberto Araiza López, during a meeting with 40 travel agents from Germany.
The official explained that these agents wok for the agency “Der Touristik”, the third most important German tour operators, As part of the FamTrip program, the group toured La Paz, Los Cabos and Todos Santos, with the objective of getting them acquainted with the tourist offer and main attractions.
“Our state has great resources that are of extraordinary value and an indisputable attraction for foreign tourism, so we need to publicize all that Baja California Sur has to offer as a tourist destination,” added the head of Setues .
Finally, Luis Araiza ratified his commitment to redouble the work of tourism promotion and communication, and make sure that this is reflected in the economic growth and social progress of the people of Baja California.
