SAN ANTONIO (Texas News Radio) — Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott is not in California where the rest of his teammates are.
Instead, KRLD-FM reports Elliott may be heading to Baja California Sur.
The running back did not report to training camp and is believed to be vacationing in Cabo San Lucas.
The Dallas radio station said team officials have been working with Elliott’s representatives to work out a new contract. Elliott still has two years left on his current rookie deal, which would pay him about $3 million this year.
The running back is looking for about $10 million per year.
