American runaway wanted in Riverside for breaking an entry and robbery, detained in Mexicali

In an immigration checkpoint set up by the State Preventive Police and the National Immigration Institute, in the corner of Aguascalientes  and Chilpancingo street, in Mexicali´s Pueblo Nuevo section, Fernando “X” was detected by authorities, 27 years old, an American citizen  who couldn´t prove his legal permanence in Mexican soil.

His personal data was crossed referenced with the Control, Command, Compute and Communication Center (C4) and the result of the search was that he had an outstanding arrest warrant for breaking an entry and with intend to rob.

The warrant was issued last October 17th and it was signed by a judge from Riverside, California so Fernando “X” was arrested by Baja California State Police and sent to the corresponding federal authorities, who will then deport the suspect to the USA so he may “have his day in court”.
