State Security secretary closed down a private security company in Tecate

A private security Company which didn’t meet the requirements for the correct operation of the services it should provide to the citizens, was closed down by the State Public Security Secretary (SSPE in Spanish) according to the Private Security Service Director, Roman Diaz Lopez who said this is a response to Secretary Daniel de la Rosa’s orders.

Inspection and surveillance have been intensified all over the State’s five cities in order to verify that they are functioning in a legal manner and make sure that they provide a quality service to the people, and as a result of this surveillance, the company Servicio de Escolta Tactico Armado (Armed Escort Tactical Service) was detected operating the bodyguard, value transportation and private surveillance without a SSPE permit so it was closed down.

There are 239 private security companies all over Baja California and they are supposed to operate under the Rulebook of Private Security of Baja California, and they can be checked in a Database located I www.seguridadbc.gob.mx to request further information people can call (686) 837 3984 y (686) 837- 3900 in Mexicali, in Tijuana (664) 200-2912 in Ensenada call (646) 172-3585.
