Singer Julión Alvarez, recently involved in money laundering, is expected in Mexicali

Although the future for Mexican recording artist Julión Álvarez is not yet clear and despite the fact that the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit (SHCP), froze his bank accounts in Mexico, his feature presentation in Mexicali is still firmly confirmed.

Since the controversy began with the interpreter of “You would have gone before”, on his supposed participation in money laundering, the singer has been firm in that it would not cancel any date at least in national territory.

Regarding his presentation in the Palenque during the Fiestas del Sol 2017, the expectation was in the air, since it was the only artist that did not announce ticket prices.

However, last Monday, August 14, ME Promotions launched the price list, reaffirming, that Alvarez show is scheduled for next October 13.

Vettho Meza of ME Promotions said that the tickets went on sale last Monday, and people have responded well “but there still tickets available”, he said.

Julion Alvarez is one of the most expected artists by the public in Mexicali, as he has sold out previous presentations.

Even in the last concert offered by the singer in Mexicali last 2015, tickets were sold out weeks before their concert.

The singer offered a press conference a few days ago where he tried to clarify the information that was released about his alleged collaboration in money laundering activities.
